311 Commodities is a small, family‑owned livestock feed company based in Richland, MO, proudly serving farmers across Missouri and surrounding states. We're growing and looking for a driven Commodity Broker / Feed Salesman to join our team and help us continue providing affordable feed solutions to the producers who feed the world.

  Commodity Broker / Feed Salesman
• Location:
  
  In‑house in Richland, MO (remote/virtual considered for the right candidate)
• Compensation:
  • Training/transition period for the first 6 months
  • Commission‑only position after 6 months with strong earning potential

🛠 What You’ll Do

• Buy, sell, and market livestock feed commodities
• Build and maintain relationships with farmers and customers
• Work closely with our logistics team to move product efficiently
• Help grow sales and expand our customer base across the region

• Sales or commodity trading experience preferred (feed or ag background a big plus)
• Self‑motivated, honest, and relationship‑driven
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
