Job Overview

As a Senior Retail Guest Experience Sales Specialist at Bob’s Discount Furniture, you’ll bring energy, service, and leadership to our showroom floor. You’ll guide customers through a personalized shopping journey that reflects the Bob’s Way—honesty, integrity, and a customer‑first mindset—while leveraging tools and product knowledge to meet their home furnishing needs. In this service‑forward role, you’ll support team development, safety protocols, and daily store operations.

The position is based in‑store and requires flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs. regularly and 50 lbs. with or without assistance. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods. Must be mobile throughout the showroom and able to perform in‑store tasks as needed.
