• Meet with insurance adjusters to verify and finalize scopes of repair.
• Build strong customer and referral relationships in the Manchester area.
• Represent Prrotect Roofing at local networking events such as Chamber of Commerce, BNI, and HBA meetings.
• Partner with real estate agents, insurance professionals, and home-service trades to expand referral networks.
• Request 5-Star Google Reviews and maintain consistent follow-ups with clients and prospects.
• Help homeowners with color selections and contract finalization.
• Attend weekly team meetings to collaborate, strategize, and track goals.

• 3–5 years of outside sales experience, preferably in roofing, construction, or home improvement.
• Excellent communication, listening, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.
• Comfortable explaining the insurance claims process.
• Physically able to climb roofs and perform exterior inspections.
• Motivated, organized, and goal-driven, with a team-first mindset.
• Professional, ethical, and dependable under pressure.
