• Proactively engage with potential and existing customers to discover and understand their needs.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
• Skillfully negotiate terms and close deals that align with company goals.
• Cultivate lasting relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.

• Insurance experience or a P&C license is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person.
• Previous experience in sales or retail is preferred but not required.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills are a must.
• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and possess a client-focused mindset.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to handle customer inquiries and challenges effectively.
