We’re hiring experienced field coatings professionals who can perform abrasive blasting, industrial painting, and coating application in heavy industrial environments. If you take pride in production, quality, and safety — and you’re willing to travel for work — we want to talk.

• Perform abrasive blasting / surface preparation (as assigned by project requirements)
• Apply industrial coatings using airless spray, brush/roll
  , and other methods as needed
• Prepare materials, mix coatings, maintain equipment, and keep work areas organized
• Follow job specs and quality expectations (DFT awareness is a strong plus)
• Build containment, mask/protect adjacent surfaces, and execute cleanup properly
• Work safely under site rules and company safety standards, including PPE compliance
• Coordinate with foremen/supervision to maintain pace, quality, and jobsite readiness

• Experience in industrial painting/coatings and/or abrasive blasting
• Willing and able to travel as projects require
• Strong safety mindset and dependable attendance
• Able to work in industrial settings (ladders, lifts, confined spaces, heights as applicable)

• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30
• TWIC (if applicable to your region/projects)
• Confined Space / Fall Protection / Lift certifications
• CIP (any level), CAS, C3, C5 (any level is a plus)
