Zūm is calling for talent to join our team of passionate people, who are transforming student transportation. As a school bus driver at Zūm, you will play an essential role in our local communities by providing safe and reliable transportation for students, using a combination of industry-standard tools and Zūm's proprietary platform.

Responsibilities:

Operate vehicles safely, following regulations and company procedures

Conduct vehicle inspections and report mechanical issues

Maintain scheduled routes and ensure timely performance

Manage student behavior and ensure passenger safety

Requirements:

Minimum age: 21 years

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to work split shifts (AM/PM) daily

For certified drivers:
Valid CDL with P and S endorsements + 3 years CDL experience

For non-certified drivers:
Valid driver's license with 3+ years of driving experience

Clean driving record and ability to pass background checks

Willingness to obtain CDL - Training provided for Non-CDL
