Overview
KBW Financial Staffing is partnering with a client in Manchester, NH looking to add an Accounts Payable Clerk to the team! We are looking for someone who can start immediately, and the role will be hybrid after training (must live a commutable distance to Manchester, NH to apply).
Key Responsibilities- Processing a large volume of accounts payable invoices
- Coding and entering invoices
- Researching and resolving invoice discrepancies
- 3‑way matching of invoices
- Preparing weekly check runs
- Assisting with month‑end close
- Working with vendors
- 1+ year of experience in accounts payable
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.)
Compensation: up to $28/hour, depending on experience
