KBW has partnered with a large, global manufacturing / distribution organization in search of a Cost Accounting Manager to join their team onsite in Manchester, NH. This is a highly visible role supporting manufacturing and supply chain operations while partnering closely with operations leadership and the executive team.
Key highlights of the opportunity- High-visibility role partnering with sales, operations, plant leadership, and C-Suite executives
- Ownership of standard costing, inventory valuation, and manufacturing variance analysis
- Opportunity to drive cost reduction initiatives and operational efficiencies across supply chain operations
- Leadership opportunity managing and developing a team of finance/accounting professionals
- Backed by a global parent company
- Stable organization with strong growth potential and long-term career opportunity
- Minimal travel requirement – approximately once per quarter domestically
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/CMA preferred
- 5+ years of cost accounting experience within manufacturing or distribution environments
- Strong background in standard costing, inventory analysis, ERP systems, and advanced Excel
Base salary up to $120K plus 20% bonus
