• Salary: £60,000 to £80,000 per annum
Audit Manager / Senior Manager – Not-for-Profit, Manchester
Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of charity and not-for-profit audit clients from planning through to completion.
- Deliver high-quality audit and advisory work, providing practical advice and technical support to clients.
- Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities to add value.
- Support business development activities where appropriate.
- Review work, mentor junior staff and help develop the wider team.
- Keep up to date with charity accounting and regulatory changes.
- ACA or ACCA qualified.
- Strong external audit background with experience in the charity/not-for-profit sector.
- Good knowledge of the Charities SORP and charity accounting requirements.
- Confident communicator with strong organisational skills and a proactive approach.
- 35-hour week, hybrid working (up to three days from home).
