We are seeking an experienced Treasury and Accounting Consultant to provide hands‑on treasury and general accounting support for our client in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. The consultant will primarily support treasury operations, with a strong emphasis on debt issuances, transaction execution, and related activities. The role will also contribute to key accounting processes, including accruals, reconciliations, and month‑end close. The ideal candidate will bring practical experience with debt transactions, along with a solid foundation in general accounting.

Experience with Asset‑Backed Securities (ABS) is highly desirable. Success in this role will also require the ability to work effectively with financial systems, large data sets, and cross‑functional stakeholders while managing priorities in a fast‑paced finance and accounting environment.

Candidates with relevant experience, please provide support related to Asset-Backed Securities (ABS) transactions and associated reporting or analysis.

• Support treasury activities with a particular focus on debt issuances and related transaction execution.
• Assist with the preparation, coordination, and execution of debt financing activities.
• Support the collection, organization, validation, and analysis of financial information required for debt transactions.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external parties as needed.
• Assist with transaction‑related reporting, schedules, documentation, and supporting analyses.
• Assist with treasury‑related reconciliations, reporting, and other analytical needs.
• Support process improvements that increase the efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of treasury activities.

• Support recurring month‑end close activities, helping ensure assigned activities are completed accurately and within established close timelines.
• Prepare and/or review accruals and related journal entries, including appropriate supporting documentation.
• Assist with account reconciliations and investigate and resolve reconciling items.
• Assist with ad hoc accounting analyses, reporting requests, and other finance initiatives as needed.
• Identify opportunities to streamline recurring accounting processes and improve reporting and data accuracy.

• Demonstrated treasury experience with debt issuances, including hands‑on involvement in debt‑related activities and transaction support.
• Solid understanding of general accounting principles and processes.
• Experience preparing or supporting accruals, journal entries, account reconciliations, and month‑end close activities.
• Experience working with SAP in a finance or accounting environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate, well‑supported financial records.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguity.

• Experience with Asset-Backed Securities (ABS
• Knowledge working with significant volumes of financial or transactional data.
• Experience with SQL or other reporting, data analysis, or automation tools.
• Experience identifying and implementing process improvements
• Ability to work independently, quickly understand existing processes, and contribute effectively in a consulting capacity.
