- Strong math and analytical skills

- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Understanding of billing software and basic accounting concepts
- Law firm billing experience preferred
- Rippe & Kingston / Sure Point experience is a plus
- Prepare and process legal invoices for clients
- Respond to client and attorney billing inquiries
- Post payments, prepare deposits, and maintain financial reports
- Process over payments, write-offs, billing rate changes
, and attorney financial updates - Set up new clients, matters, billing profiles, and workflow records
- $60,000–$62,000 annually
