• Review incoming invoices for accuracy, completeness, and proper approval before processing payments.
• Assign correct account codes to vendor invoices and enter transaction details into Quick Books Enterprise.
• Support billing and accounts payable activities by maintaining organized records and resolving routine discrepancies.
• Prepare and process check runs in accordance with established payment schedules and internal controls.
• Track payable items to help ensure vendors are paid accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Communicate with internal teams and external vendors to clarify invoice questions and address payment-related issues.
• Maintain orderly financial documentation to support audits, reporting needs, and day-to-day accounting operations.
