Join our busy Manchester, NH client as an Accounts Receivable Specialist! This full-time, direct-hire role will serve as a key member of the finance team.
Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Specialist- Monitor accounts receivable and make collections calls as requested
- Work with attorneys to address issues and ensure all electronic bills are submitted and appealed in a timely manner
- Assist with over payments
- Prepare reports
- Perform additional tasks as required
- 5 years of comparable experience desired
- Experience in a law office or other professional services a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to learn new software
- Comfortable speaking with clients and making collections calls
- Good follow-through
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, intense legal environment
$55K/year
