Well-established and growing company is looking for a strong Senior Payroll Specialist to join their team!
The team handles payroll for multiple clients, multi-state, bi-weekly, weekly and monthly schedules. The ideal candidate loves a fast-paced environment, has high attention to detail, enjoys digging in and understanding the ins & outs of a new client, and has an understanding of payroll compliance.
This role is an in-office position, with a good deal of flexibility around hours worked & a highly favorable work/life balance. Requirements- 2 - 10 years payroll experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment
- excellent systems & process improvement experience
- experience managing and mentoring at least one payroll staff
- Experience with ADP a plus
- Multi-state payroll & payroll tax reporting experience a plus
- strong technical skills
