KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting has partnered with a growing organization in its search for an Accounting Assistant. This is a full-time role in Manchester, NH.

• Support day-to-day accounts payable functions, including invoice processing and payment-related activities
• Reconcile vendor invoices and payables against quoted pricing and purchase orders
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly accounting tasks
• Review and analyze financial reports related to accounts payable activity
• Assist with regulatory reporting, insurance documentation, and other compliance-related requirements
• Research discrepancies and help resolve invoice, purchase order, and vendor-related issues
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation
• Assist with additional accounting projects and responsibilities as the company continues to grow

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities
• Detail-oriented with the ability to identify and research discrepancies
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, growing environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Accounts payable or construction accounting exposure is a plus

The position is onsite five days per week. Compensation is up to $60k DOE.
