Position SummaryThe Administrative Assistant plays a key role in supporting daily office operations, including administrative support and may include assistance with billing and collections. This is a team-oriented position that works closely with multiple departments. The ideal candidate is highly organized, goal-oriented, and demonstrates strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently while supporting team leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Answer incoming telephone calls promptly and professionally
- Respond to emails and voicemails in a timely manner
- Perform daily data entry in support of patient billing and collections
- Assist with general administrative tasks and special projects as assigned
- Positive attitude with a strong team-player mindset
- Operational or administrative experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong memory retention and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or equivalent software
- High attention to detail with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Ability to read, understand, and follow written policies and procedures
