• Maintain accurate data in provider file systems, including updates and demographic changes
• Analyze file maintenance requests to ensure compliance with various regulatory requirements
• Ensure data integrity by collecting and evaluating documentation against established guidelines
• Educate providers on obtaining and updating necessary identifiers
• Perform additional duties as assigned or requested

• High School Diploma or GED
• One year of experience in Provider Data Management, Credentialing, Customer Services, or Claims
• Ability to communicate effectively with providers and customers
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and typing/computer skills
• Strong problem‑solving skills

• Experience in healthcare‑related provider data management or credentialing
