Administrative Assistant
Southern New Hampshire University is currently seeking student workers as an administrative assistant for our campus location to assist with all general office duties. This position will also assist with events within the School of Business as well as special projects assigned by faculty and staff. Also, will help with social media, videos, promotions, and other tasks.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support for School of Business Dean's Office/Department Faculty (i.e. printing assignments, handling mail, retrieving and distributing office supplies, research, student forms, etc.)
- Greet visitors & guests in person and on telephone as necessary
- Assist with events within all departments of School of Business
Minimum qualifications:
- Enrollment in an Undergraduate or Graduate Day program at SNHU
- Work study
Preferred qualifications:
- Student enrolled in a School of Business Major, Minor or Concentration
- Interested in one or more Business-related disciplines
- Interest in Higher Education Administration
Work hours:
We are looking to have coverage from 8am-4:30pm on Mondays and Fridays and then we are flexible on other times to work around student's schedule

Degree program:
All degree programs can apply, but programs highly recommended to apply include Business Administration, International Business, and Liberal Arts.
Compensation:
The hourly pay range for this position is $13.00 - $15.00. Actual offer will be based on skills, qualifications, experience and internal equity, in addition to relevant business considerations.
