The Safety Compliance Assistant will work in conjunction with the Safety Director and Facilities department to ensure compliance with health and safety standards and industry codes.
Responsibilities- Schedule and coordinate all inspections
- State of NH reporting / licensing
- Conduct facility and safety checks
- Serve as the Hazardous Waste / Asbestos / Lead / Lead in the Water Coordinator
- Maintain SDS compliance and safety stations
- Coordinate with safety vendor for AED and first aid management
- Oversee the Safety Committee
- Must be able to manage workflow, commit to excellence, have high standards, understand written and verbal instructions, and be computer literate
- Required to obtain certain licensing and certifications
- Valid driver’s license and a clean background check required
