About the Role: Construo Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager on behalf of a leading main contractor. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team delivering high‑quality construction projects across the North West region.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the planning and delivery of construction projects from inception to completion
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
- Coordinate internal teams and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and quality standards
- Report progress to senior leadership and clients
- Maintain strong working relationships with all project stakeholders
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry
- Strong understanding of construction processes and contract administration
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications (essential)
- Experience in sectors such as healthcare, education, or commercial builds is advantageous
