Assistant Quantity Surveyor role in Manchester City Centre is focusing on supporting the commercial management of a high-rise residential development from procurement through to final account. You’ll assist with subcontractor procurement, tender analysis and package buyout, and handle payments and valuations, cost reporting and budget monitoring.
You will work closely with the Quantity Surveyor, Site Team, and Project Management to achieve commercial objectives and contribute to final accounts
