We are seeking an Estimator to join a leading main contractor's pre-construction team on commercial and industrial projects. You will prepare detailed cost estimates from first principles, review tender documentation, manage the full tender process, and liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to secure competitive quotations.
The ideal candidate will have proven Estimator experience in main contracting, strong construction knowledge, and proficient use of estimating software and Excel.
