Manchester, NH | Bridgewater, MA | Full-time
We are hiring a Senior Preconstruction Manager to join a leading construction management firm serving the New England and Northeast regions for over 70 years. This role will lead pre-construction activities, manage estimating teams and support project execution from concept through bid. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in conceptual estimating, subcontractor management and construction planning.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and mentor preconstruction and estimating teams.
- Manage estimates, scopes, qualifications and project budgets.
- Develop pre-construction plans and support project teams.
- Manage subcontractor relationships and market analysis.
- Support value engineering, cost analysis and buyout activities.
- Partner with project executives, estimators and field teams.
- 10+ years of construction management/pre-construction experience.
- Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications and estimating processes.
- Experience managing subcontractors and vendors.
- Proficiency with Bluebeam, Microsoft Excel and On-Screen Takeoff.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
