We’re currently hiring Sitework Laborers in Manchester, NH for a full‑time, temp‑to‑permanent opportunity with a respected contractor.

If you’re someone who likes working outdoors, being part of a strong crew, and seeing a project come together from the ground up, we want to hear from you.

• Assist with site clearing, grading, excavation, and general sitework
• Help install underground utilities, including water, sewer, and drainage systems
• Perform trenching, back filling, and compaction
• Assist with foundation preparation and site development
• Operate hand tools, power tools, plate compactors, and other jobsite equipment
• Dig, move materials, and perform general labor as needed
• Load, unload, and transport materials around the jobsite
• Assist equipment operators and other tradespeople with daily sitework
• Keep the jobsite clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all company and OSHA safety requirements

• Previous construction, sitework, or laborer experience preferred
• Underground utility, pipe installation, excavation, or dirt work experience is a plus
• Basic heavy equipment experience is a plus
• Comfortable performing physical work outdoors in changing weather conditions
• Dependable, hardworking, and ready to be part of a team
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work on uneven terrain
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
• Ability to travel to jobsites throughout Southern New Hampshire
• Union operators contract available; this position is focused on general sitework and labor
