We're looking for an energetic and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Part-Time Member Customer Specialist. In this role, you'll build relationships with members, promote valuable programs and services, and deliver an outstanding customer experience through proactive outreach and ongoing support. • Proactively connect with members through outbound calls and follow-up communications.
• Educate members about available programs, services, and resources.
• Build strong relationships by providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Consult with members to identify opportunities and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Partner with internal teams to resolve questions and ensure a positive member experience.
• Support onboarding efforts to encourage participation and engagement.
• Maintain accurate records and track activity within CRM systems.
• Monitor outreach results and share ideas to improve engagement and program success.
• Manage inbound and outbound communications while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

• 1–2 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, telemarketing, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable making and receiving a high volume of calls.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong follow‑up abilities.
• Customer-focused with strong problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Hub Spot, or similar platforms is a plus.

This is a part‑time position. Part‑time schedule with flexible 4‑hour shifts between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
