Planet Fitness is seeking a Front Desk Associate at our Manchester, NH club. You will provide a superior level of customer service to members and guests in a welcoming, Judgement Free Zone while assisting with check-ins, tours, and membership related tasks.
Responsibilities include greeting members, promoting the brand on the club floor, answering inquiries, processing sign-ups and cancellations, and maintaining clean, safe facilities. CPR/AED certification is encouraged with training provided.
