Direct and manage vehicle traffic entering and exiting parking areas to ensure safe and efficient flow during events;
Assist guests with parking passes, lot access, and general parking directions;
Provide directions to arena entrances, accessible parking areas, rideshare locations, and designated parking sections;
Support parking operations before, during, and after events;
Monitor parking areas for safety concerns, unauthorized activity, or operational issues and report concerns to the Security Manager
