Our ideal CSR / Dispatcher
- Customer Service Agent:

You handle essential administrative responsibilities to help every workday go off without a hitch. Communicating with clients, field technicians, and support staff, you play an integral role in seamless business operations. You speak with customers about their HVAC needs, answer questions, and schedule appointments in Service Titan. As our technicians complete service calls, you keep in touch with them and support their productivity.

Handling administrative duties as they come up, you take pride in being an important part of our office.

Here's what we need from you:

• Experience using Service Titan

2+ years of Service Titan experience would be preferred. Some HVAC knowledge would be beneficial. Ready to make a tangible impact as our CSR / Dispatcher
