Customer Experience Representative

We are looking for a Customer Experience Representative to support customers with order-related needs and deliver responsive, solutions-focused service from our Greenville, South Carolina location. This long-term contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys handling a high volume of requests, coordinating across teams, and creating a positive experience at every stage of the customer journey. The role requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to keep multiple priorities moving efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming customer requests involving orders, product details, shipment updates, and service-related questions with accuracy and professionalism.
• Coordinate the full lifecycle of returns and repair requests, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-through until completion.
• Track open issues, provide status updates, and work proactively to bring customer concerns to resolution.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date account notes, transaction records, and service documentation within business systems.
• Partner with internal groups such as sales, operations, and logistics to address customer needs and support smooth order fulfillment.
• Review order information carefully to ensure entries are complete, accurate, and processed in a timely manner.
• Identify recurring service challenges and contribute ideas that improve workflow efficiency and the overall customer experience.
• Use CRM, ERP, and related office tools to research information, document activity, and support daily customer service operations.
