Elliot Health System is seeking a dedicated Call Center professional to support its 24/7 Elliot Call Center. This per diem role requires morning and evening availability and focuses on delivering superior telephone etiquette and patient-centered service.
You will use Epic to identify patients, route calls, and assist in coordinating Pediatric Transports and hospital communications. Prior healthcare telecom experience is preferred, with emphasis on accuracy and collaboration.
