Outpatient Pediatrician Opportunity
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatrician to provide patient‑centered, outpatient pediatric care in a team‑based clinical setting. This role is ideal for a Pediatrician, Primary Care Pediatric Physician, or Outpatient Pediatrics Provider seeking work–life balance, mission‑driven work, and long‑term stability.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive outpatient care for children and adolescents from birth through age 21
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions
- Deliver preventive care, well‑child visits, immunizations, and developmental screenings
- Manage same‑day sick visits in collaboration with nursing staff
- Prescribe medications and develop treatment and follow‑up plans
- Coordinate care and make referrals to internal and external services, including:
Pediatric subspecialties, Behavioral health and mental health services, Nutrition services, Social services and community resources - Communicate test results and care plans with patients and families
- Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and clinical staff
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
- Participate in clinical meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and case conferences
- Deliver culturally competent, age‑appropriate pediatric care to a diverse population
- MD or DO
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Pediatrics
- Eligible for medical licensure in New Hampshire
- Current or eligible AHA BLS certification
- Strong communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills
- Commitment to outpatient pediatrics and community‑based care
