Emergency Medicine Physician Job Details

Location:

Manchester, NH 03102 (Southern New Hampshire)

Healthcare Setting:  Emergency Department

Assignment Type:  Locum Tenens Physician (Travel)

Contract Duration:  12 weeks (Start: 12/30/2025 – End: 3/24/2026)

Hours per Week:  36

Shift:  12-hour shifts (varied)

Estimated Weekly Salary:  $6,390 - $7,560

Emergency Medicine Physician Qualifications

Active and unrestricted Physician license (MD or DO) in the United States

Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Emergency Medicine

Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in emergency medicine

Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical environment

Current ACLS and BLS certifications required

Emergency Medicine Physician Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive emergency medical care to patients of all ages

Rapid assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of acute illnesses and injuries

Collaborate with nursing staff, medical specialists, and ancillary healthcare teams

Accurately document patient encounters in the electronic medical record (EMR)

Participate in departmental meetings and healthcare quality improvement initiatives
