Vermont Primary Care opportunity that is outpatient and offers a flexible schedule. This position offers a moderate patient volume, ample provider support and telephone call only. This is a rural, independent hospital located in a vibrant community with unlimited recreational activities that has been voted the best small town for outdoor adventure in the country.
Practice details include:
- Salary Range: $250k - 365k
- Part-time or full-time schedule with your choice of 8-hour shifts to fit your needs and lifestyle
- Patient Volume is 16 to 18 per day
- Enjoy an outpatient schedule with limited telephone call only, which allows you to explore the natural beauty and serenity of rural living.
- You will be part of a team-based care model, collaborating with five other providers (three NPs and two DOs) who are supported by a Care Coordinator,
