Job Details:
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Family Practice Physician to join our dynamic healthcare team. This is a permanent position where you will provide comprehensive medical services to patients of all ages. The successful candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional patient care, an unyielding commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest medical advancements, and a strong desire to foster a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities:
As a Family Practice Physician, your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Providing comprehensive and continuous primary care to a diverse population of patients, ranging from infants to the elderly.
2. Conducting thorough examinations of patients, diagnosing their health conditions and illnesses, and devising suitable treatment plans.
3. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated patient care.
4. Educating patients and their families on preventative health measures, disease management, and other health-related topics.
5. Conducting regular follow-ups with patients to monitor their health progress.
6. Maintaining accurate and detailed medical records for all patients.
7. Participating in ongoing professional development and research to ensure the provision of up-to-date medical care.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications:
1. A Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.
2. A valid and current license to practice medicine in the state.
3. Board certification in Family Medicine.
4. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing physician, with a strong preference for those with experience in a family practice setting.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex medical information in a clear and understandable manner.
6. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
7. A commitment to ethical practice, patient confidentiality, and quality care.
8. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
9. BLS and ACLS certification.
10. Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
