As a School-Based LNA, you will:

* Provide basic first aid and medical support to students and staff

* Assist the school nurse in monitoring students with chronic conditions

* Support students with daily hygiene, mobility, and personal care needs

* Monitor students' vital signs and report health concerns to the school medical staff

* Promote good health habits by educating students on hygiene and wellness

* Assist in maintaining accurate student health records and documentation

* Create a safe and supportive environment where students feel cared for

A few must-haves for School-Based LNAs:

* Active LNA certification in New Hampshire

* Experience working with children, school health, or pediatrics preferred

* CPR and First Aid certification (Interim offers this course free of charge)

* Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with students, staff, and parents

* A compassionate and patient nature, ensuring students feel comfortable and supported
