Adjunct Faculty:
Health and Exercise Science (On Campus)
Manchester Community College is seeking a dedicated and student-centered instructor to teach in the Health and Exercise Science program.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science or a related field and will be prepared to teach coursework focused on human movement, sports conditioning, corrective exercise, and resistance training. This course prepares students to assess movement and posture, design individualized exercise programs, and understand the scientific principles underlying physical performance.
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications are Masters Degree in the specific subject or closely related field and three years’ experience in teaching, coaching, or industry in related fields.
The Vice President of Academic Affairs will determine adjunct levels. Adjunct level will be determined based upon Education and Experience. Current pay rates are:
Level 1 - $850.00 per contact hour for the course
Level 2 - $925.00 per contact hour for the course
Level 3 - $1000.00 per contact hour for the course
CCSNH has established employer status within the New England states (Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Rhode Island). In compliance with CCSNH policies and state regulations, eligibility for employment within CCSNH and its institutions requires residency within a New England state.
