* ** Execute Sample Preparation:**  + Perform physical micro-sectioning and various decapsulation methods (Laser, Chemical, Mechanical) to access and inspect internal components.
* ** Document & Report Findings:**  + Use photomicrography or digital imaging to meticulously document FA results.  + Write comprehensive Failure Analysis (FA) reports detailing your findings and conclusions.  + Analyze reliability and functional test failure data to identify root causes and help resolve problems.
* ** Drive Laboratory Improvement:**  + Evaluate and develop new procedures and systems for the Failure Analysis Laboratory.  + Review and revise specifications and manuals applicable to laboratory operations.
* ** Manage Laboratory Supplies:**  + Conduct regular inventory of chemicals, apparatus, and other laboratory supplies, and recommend purchases for items running low to ensure operational readiness.
* A graduate of Electronics or Chemical Technology, or a related Chemistry course.
