Systems Engineer; On-site), Security Clearance required

HEPCO is seeking a Systems Engineer for our client to support research, development, and engineering activities involving complex systems and products. This position offers the opportunity to work on innovative programs in a collaborative engineering environment while contributing to the full systems engineering lifecycle.

• Support research, analysis, and product development efforts for complex engineering systems
• Assist in the creation and review of operational concepts and system architectures
• Develop system, subsystem, software, and component requirements
• Define internal and external system interfaces
• Participate in preliminary and detailed system design activities
• Assist in the development and review of engineering algorithms
• Create and maintain requirements traceability matrices
• Conduct engineering analyses and support trade studies
• Participate in peer reviews and technical design reviews
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure program objectives are achieved
• Support system integration, verification, validation, and testing efforts
• Prepare technical documentation and engineering reports

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an accredited college or university
• 0-8 years of related engineering experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Active Secret Security Clearance required

Pay Range: $48.00- $53.00 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications)
