Position: (Acquisition) Logistics Specialist - Military Devices
Envision Technology, an innovative small business providing advanced electro-optical solutions for defense applications, seeks a Logistics Specialist skilled in Acquisition Logistics. In this role, you will be the primary liaison for the customer to resolve issues, answer questions and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

* Serve as the primary contact for customers with technical issues or questions and ensure customers receive timely and accurate responses.

* Comfortable and capable of interfacing directly with customers in a professional manner both in person, over the phone and in written communication.

* Issue Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) to customers in support of warranty or non-warranty returns.

* Develop New Equipment Training (NET) packages and deliver NET training to customers, which may include classroom training and/or practical applications.

* Provide input on technical product documentation such as users manuals, to ensure clarity to the end user.

* Support live-fire testing and training of weapon-mounted products; capable of safely handling firearms and ammunition as well as executing test plans and documenting results.

* Capable to troubleshoot and repair electro-optical systems at customer locations.

* Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or, in lieu of degree, specific formal training in the use of and maintenance of electro-optical systems.

* Military experience as MOS 2171, 94F, 3P0X1, 18B with background on repairing electro-optical systems is preferred

* Minimum of 5 years' experience to complex electro-optical systems for military applications.

* Hands-on experience with system integration and test.

* Creative thinker with outstanding problem-solving skills during planning and execution of programs.

* Utilization of proactive data analysis skills required to evaluate metrics to provide informed decision making for programs.

* Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

* Excellent organizational skills and the ability to interact with customers, suppliers, and other external personnel.

* Able to lift up to 50lbs.

* Security Clearance a plus.

* The position requires flexibility for occasional short‑notice travel, including domestic and international trips of up to 50% to support training, product testing, and issue resolution.
