Your impact:
As part of our well‑established and highly successful team of over 70 ground contamination specialists throughout the UK and Europe, you will work across a number of industrial sectors to deliver strategic subject‑matter expert advice and innovative geo‑environmental solutions, ensuring projects and clients comply with all environmental liabilities.

Your remit will include:

• Develop and implement strategies for land quality assessment and remediation.
• Support the implementation of ground investigations and geo‑environmental assessments.
• Support geo‑environmental and quantitative assessments.
• Ensure compliance with UK planning, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Produce validation reports to discharge planning conditions.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and team members.

Here’s what you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Geology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Demonstrable experience in geo‑environmental consultancy.
• A proven track record in supporting industrial sector projects across the full project lifecycle.
• Sound understanding of Detailed Quantitative Risk Assessment approaches.
• Excellent understanding of environmental legislation and risk assessment methodologies (including UK and international site evaluation and due diligence standards such as ASTM).
• Good understanding of emerging contaminants such as PFAS.
