Senior Water / Wastewater Project Manager

Location:

New England – Boston, Springfield, Worcester, Rocky Hill, Portland, Manchester. Hybrid schedule.

Lead and manage water and wastewater projects throughout their lifecycle, from planning and design to construction documents, public bidding, and construction administration.

• Successfully manage projects for water and/or wastewater clients, new and long‑term, ensuring delivery of complex, multidisciplinary engineering services.
• Participate in technical/project scoping and proposal presentations with targeted clients.
• Lead and contribute to technical, cost, and scheduling decisions while adhering to internal quality control and risk management protocols.
• Mentor staff to foster professional growth and technical development.
• Build and maintain client relationships through quality service and strong interpersonal skills.

• B.S. in Civil, Environmental, Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in municipal water and/or wastewater engineering.
• Strong technical expertise and capability to provide leadership and direction to project teams.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and technical writing skills.
• Professional Engineering Registration preferred.
