Our apprenticeship programme lasts for 5 years, during which time you will study toward your Degree Qualification at our partner University, The University of Nottingham, on a Block Release basis while gaining real practical experience in Service Engineering, Application Engineering, and Project Management teams based in Manchester, as well as on customer sites at home and overseas.

Successful completion will result in a BEng (Hons) in Electro‑Mechanical Engineering and an Electro‑Mechanical Engineer Degree Apprenticeship Certificate.

You must meet The University of Nottingham’s entry requirements:
Grade B in A‑level Mathematics (or equivalent), and two additional A‑levels at Grade B (or equivalent). The following A‑levels are not accepted:
Citizenship Skills, General Studies, and Critical Thinking.

Alternatively, a relevant engineering BTEC qualification, a preceding level apprenticeship, or equivalent demonstrable work experience in the occupational area is acceptable. A discussion will be required to check suitability.

If a candidate does not hold a recent level 3 mathematical qualification, such as A‑level mathematics at Grade B or above but has alternative qualifications or experience, candidates are invited to a maths discussion or assessment as part of the application process.
