Join Brain Box AI as a Sales Engineer and play a key role at the intersection of HVAC expertise, customer engagement, and sustainable innovation. In this dynamic, customer‑facing role, you’ll partner with sales teams and clients to demonstrate our software solution, scope deployments, estimate energy savings, and guide projects from initial conversations through successful onboarding.

What You Will Do
  • Be the subject‑matter expert supporting the sales team from a technical perspective during the sales process.
  • Present our Software as a Solution (SaaS) and respond to all technical questions around the solution to prospective buyers and partners.
  • Lead the technical discussion from first contact to successful deployment.
  • Support the customer during the onboarding process.
  • Evaluate prospective customer sites and develop initial deployment scopes of work and estimates of savings.
  • Build and promote strong, long‑lasting customer relationships.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • Nurture and grow the sales pipeline.
What You Will Bring
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction or Engineering Technology, or other related areas preferred.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in the HVAC industry performing project management or estimating roles; or an equivalent combination of education and work experience required.
  • Windows operating system and Microsoft Office product knowledge.
  • Familiarity with the operation and design of HVAC Systems, Building Automation Systems, and/or Temperature Controls preferred.
  • Experience with CAD program, as well as basic understanding of electrical drawings and schematics preferred.
