• Provide technical guidance, design, and skill-based solutions for water and/or wastewater clients to deliver a full range of engineering services.
• Participate in technical, cost, and scheduling efforts, ensuring company quality standards and driving customer value.
• Direct and coordinate water/wastewater activities with complex, multi-disciplinary involvement.
• Coordinate with regulatory and funding agencies.
• Participate in scoping activities and proposal presentations with targeted clients.
• Assist in project planning, budgeting, and establishing critical objectives.
• Work with clients, staff engineers, designers, and subconsultants.

• B.S. in Civil, Environmental, Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of related experience.
• Strong technical expertise in municipal water and/or wastewater engineering; capable of providing technical leadership and direction to project teams.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and technical writing skills.
• Professional Engineering registration preferred.

• Competitive compensation: $116,000 – $197,000 (displayed in accordance with the Massachusetts Wage Transparency Act).
