RAN WIRELESS LLC also provides public safety, Wi‑Fi solutions, and RF drive test engineering, supporting customers in deploying large cellular networks that are both affordable and manageable. Team members contribute to projects that directly support reliable, high-performance wireless connectivity for diverse environments.

The Associate DAS Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Manchester, NH. This role focuses on supporting the design and documentation of Distributed Antenna Systems and related in-building wireless solutions. Day‑to‑day tasks include assisting with RF design activities, reviewing floor plans, creating system layouts, and preparing design drawings in coordination with senior engineers. The Associate DAS Designer will help perform basic link budget calculations, compile equipment lists, maintain design standards, and support design revisions based on site surveys and performance data.

The role also involves collaborating with project managers, field engineers, and clients to ensure designs meet technical specifications, code requirements, and customer performance objectives.

• Design commercial cellular and public safety DAS systems
• Gather scope of work requirements from customers to implement in the design process
• Run RF signal propagations to ensure system design accuracy
• Take trainings from DAS OEMs on latest DAS architecture
• Present DAS solutions to customers
• Support sales team on customer calls and sales calls
• Help maintain project schedules by tracking milestones and supporting documentation updates.

• Work Hours will be from 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday, with a paid 1/2 Hour Lunch Break.

• This position is for an Entry Level: 0-2 Years Work Experience
• High School Diploma Required
• Associates degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related technical field is preferred; relevant experience or coursework in engineering or wireless design is a plus.
• Familiarity with CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or Micro Station; experience with CAD tools is a plus.
• Understanding of schematics, and spec sheets is a plus
• Must be proficient in Microsoft excel, word and PowerPoint.
• Must have completed a Pre-calculus math class.
• Engineering class experience is a plus!
