HVAC Controls Engineer
Loyal Source is seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Controls Engineer to join our growing team. This position is ideal for an engineering professional with a strong background in commercial HVAC controls systems design and engineering. The role offers a combination of office-based engineering work and field support, providing a dynamic environment for experienced controls professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Design and engineer commercial HVAC controls systems for a variety of projects.
- Develop control system layouts, sequences of operation, and system specifications.
- Collaborate with customers, project teams, and field personnel to ensure successful project execution.
- Provide engineering support during installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities.
- Conduct site visits and field assessments as needed.
- Ensure projects meet customer requirements, industry standards, and performance expectations.
- Approximately 30-40% field work and 60-70% office work.
- Standard office hours are 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM.
- Field schedules may vary based on customer needs; flexibility is required.
- Travel may be required throughout New Hampshire and Maine.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in the HVAC Controls industry.
- Strong engineering background with experience designing and engineering controls systems.
- Commercial HVAC experience is required.
- Experience with controls system design, programming concepts, and system integration.
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Competitive pay starting at $47/hour.
