• Perform inventory by utilizing the provided LPI system
• Manually enter missing or non-present plates into the system
• Ensure all license plates are entered correctly and fully by verifying each plate
• Complete and submit daily reporting
• Help customers seeking help
• Ensure the vehicle provided is maintained in a clean and undamaged condition
• Report any incidents involving equipment, vehicles, facility environment, or customers
• Provide accurate information to the public regarding parking and general Airport information
• In addition to inventory responsibilities, an allotted time each shift will be designated to assist shift supervisor(s) with cashier and customer service roles as needed
• Complete other related duties as assigned

• Must have a clean driving record and pass the MVR driving record check
• Excellent reliability/punctuality
• Must be able to deliver excellent customer service
• Possess basic computer skills
• Able to learn and understand proprietary software applications
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Able to understand and follow guidelines and procedures
• Possess problem-solving skills
• Demonstrates a sense of urgency and timeliness
• Follow safety procedures regarding self, environment, equipment, and vehicles
• Must be able to clear and maintain airport badging requirements
• Must meet required speaking and listening skills assessment level

• Willingness to work in the elements – heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 25 pounds
• Ability to sit in a vehicle for long periods
• Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods
• Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and lift frequently throughout a shift
• Ability to perform functions that require repetitive motions
