The Palace Theatre Seeks Music Director for 'Fiddler on the Roof'
The Palace Theatre in Manchester, NH is seeking a Music Director for our upcoming production of Fiddler on the Roof.
We are looking for a collaborative, experienced music director who is excited to lead the musical side of a large-scale mainstage production. Experience working in a professional fast-paced environment is preferred, as is familiarity with keyboard programming, click tracks, and Main Stage
.
Duties Include:
- Playing all performances
- Teaching all music to the band and actors
- Availability for all production meetings
- Availability for all note sessions
- Programming keyboards as needed
- Condensing orchestrations to fit the needs of the production and the needs of the musicians and actors
Contract Dates: October 8 - November 15, 2026
Performance Dates: October 23 - November 15, 2026, including a Friday, Saturday, and Sunday performance schedule, plus a Thursday evening performance on November 12.

Contracts include housing/parking for non-local performers, travel stipend for travel to/from the contract, gym membership, comp tickets, and a weekly professional salary.
