KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting is partnering with a growing manufacturing company in southern New Hampshire to find a talented Senior Accountant. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong manufacturing accounting experience who wants to grow into a leadership role within a dynamic finance team.

• Work closely with a hands‑on finance team in a high‑growth manufacturing environment.

• Broad exposure to general ledger, month‑end close, financial reporting, cash flow management, and ERP systems.

• Prepare monthly financial reporting packages in compliance with GAAP and internal policies.
• Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring accuracy across all accounts.
• Support cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Assist with audit preparation and ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulations.
• Contribute to ERP system enhancements and continuous process improvements.
• Collaborate with leadership and key stakeholders to provide actionable financial insights.
• Handle ad‑hoc projects and tasks as assigned by management.

• 5–7 years of accounting experience, ideally in manufacturing.
• Strong general ledger, financial reporting, and analytical skills.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment with occasional early or late calls for international stakeholders.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and strong communication skills.

• Up to $95,000 base + performance‑based bonus potential.

• Manchester, NH – Onsite/Hybrid schedule with some flexibility.
