Financial Advisor CFP

Compensation: Base salary up to $110,000
, plus bonus and commission incentives

A well-established, growth-oriented wealth management firm is seeking a Financial Advisor to support a defined group of client relationships while partnering closely with senior advisors. This role offers meaningful exposure to financial planning, investment management, and client relationship development within a collaborative team environment. The ideal candidate brings a strong planning foundation, a client-first mindset, and the desire to grow within a long-term advisory platform.

• Support senior advisors across all aspects of relationship management, financial planning, and investment strategy for a dedicated group of client families
• Assist with business development initiatives and ongoing client relationship growth
• Develop a deep understanding of client portfolios, asset allocation, and risk management strategies
• Coordinate with internal account management and operations teams to ensure a high level of client service
• Handle client-related administrative functions, including onboarding, account opening, fund movements, scheduling, and CRM updates
• Prepare materials for client meetings and ongoing portfolio reviews

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in financial services or wealth management
• Experience with financial planning and portfolio management technology such as eMoney, Orion, and Redtail preferred
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a client-focused environment
